Need Harvest Days for Made items

Is it possible to get made items to work with hardvest days. I have farms that are set to make things every 365 days or basicaly every one game year. I see that harvest day can be used on Produced items. I would like to make it where if they don't have there items on the harvest day it wont work. It is ok the way it is, but it would be nice that when it says harvest day in the game that, that would be the day all farm makes things. How hard would it be to get this?
