I downloaded the Model Converter but it said a .dll file was missing. what the heck happened?! I want to mak my own models (other than buildings) but it's like it's purposely doing this cause i redownloaded it several times but it's the same thing. Help.

I'm having trouble with the putting the buildings on the world. I can up-load and stuff but i don't know how to place them in the world. can you help me?
