No, i think you misunderstand. i own an oil well and i can make a profit by selling that. but thw problem is that the refinery make 1 fuel/ 5mins/ 2 oil. so it has to buy at 2d to make a profit. but then nobody shuttles it. but if it buys at 3d then it has to sell at 6d+X and nobody's going to work ...

nobodys selling oil, thats the problem. theres no profit in it. There would be if refineries bought at 3d, or if you could move oil to your own refinery, or if you could sell from a refinery, or even if you could move from your refinery to your petrol station. but you cant. hell i have a well sellin...

Yeah, mit, it buys fuel so low you cant make a profit. Make it buy oil at 3d and well never have any more fuel shortages.
