After a gazuillion deletions and reinstalls, but it's working now. I think we tried a few usernames already being used.

Ok oi I tried that, now I get an error from microsoft? I can't get into the game at ALL. I tried deleting it but apparently I am not getting it all because I don't have to redownload it. I searched for it and cannot find it. I am not very computer savy to begin with, but this is making me nuts. LOL ...

Password did not match that listed on the server?
Hmmm, so where was it registered and how do I change it? LOL I played this like a year ago or more, changed computers and all since, I have no CLUE what the password was, thought I was using a different sign in name even but apparently not. Where do I go to find this information?
