Password did not match that listed on the server?

Hmmm, so where was it registered and how do I change it? LOL I played this like a year ago or more, changed computers and all since, I have no CLUE what the password was, thought I was using a different sign in name even but apparently not. Where do I go to find this information?

the current islands dont have records more than a couple of months old, so it probably means you've chosen a name thats already used by someone else. try another name... (delete the install folder and re-install if you have to... (and I should fix that soon if you need to do that :] ) )

yeah that means someone is using that name so you go to change it

Ok oi I tried that, now I get an error from microsoft? I can't get into the game at ALL. I tried deleting it but apparently I am not getting it all because I don't have to redownload it. I searched for it and cannot find it. I am not very computer savy to begin with, but this is making me nuts. LOL Any ideas?

After a gazuillion deletions and reinstalls, but it's working now. I think we tried a few usernames already being used.
