(So that a 1s item with 5% tax would have no tax applied (coz 5% of 1s is less than 1d, when 1s = 14d) whatever amount of the item was purchased. FIXME: somewhere between here and 2007 i started writing the scripting language, but i cant find notes for that atm :/
