Date/Time:This whole last week
Bug Short Description: Other players stay stationary on my comp even though they are moving around. This has been happening on my system. I noticed it when I was racing people I never saw on my screen. It would say (ready) next to their name and I woudln't see them. Also when making a transfer someone would give me cash when I didn't see them anywhere around me. This is not only me because one time I told kooly I just invested in my lumberyard (I was right next to him at lumber yard) he replied, "How can you do that from Centerville". That is when I decided to report the bug.
Steps To Recreate: 1. Find a player that seems to be active and is stationary 2. Ask him where he is.
Attachments/Notes: This is an easy thing to deal with once you know its going on. Just a little annoying when you are right next to someone and they say, "Dude I told you to come to where I was at why are you still in LP?". This also happens in crow fights.
