ok changed my game name but now am not able to have power in my world builder tried changing the server config file it never worked so am outa ideas

did u restart your server after editing the serverconfig?

also you have to clear the playersrecord cos your ip has 2 accounts and wont recognize you as world owner

yes i redid the server config but still not work this is what i am getting You have multiple characters on this world which may prevent you trading or playing some elements of the game.
Please consult the owner or sysop, or post on the forums to have unwanted characters removed.

here is step by step for u
1. with no game open just the server type (*wipe ZrVox) and also do that for all names u may have had

2.close server all the way out so it ant running at all

3. in the serverconfig text place new name in it as owner

4. start server and injoy
