Why am i getting "Connected" when i try to enter civilisation but not actually being able to join it? is it just me? xD

One of the login servers was down overnight (from 4am till about 9am UK time). Theres been a number of unconnected events causing issues on different servers recently, mostly addressed now. Will be keeping an eye on the uptime for a while, dont be too surprised if its down again for a bit. (This is why proper online organisations have large IT operations teams :] )
