setting up island radio

Hey, anyone know how to successfully set up the island radio? I've been having some trouble getting it to work.
setting it up to use a shoutcast stream?
make a file named radiolist.txt in the radio folder.
in it include:
shoutcast=(name to be displayed on the channel ingame)
shoutfile1=(address of the stream)
can add up to 5 stations this way. each station uses the above thing
or do you mean setting it up to use local mp3 files?
i think you just toss them into the radio folder. don't remember.
might be able to make a few stations by separating them into folders.
