Upload Banner Error *1002

Description:
i was uploading banner for my guild T.U. Force and i closed out the game by mistake and now it gives me "upload error #1002" and i tryed changing the image name but still has the same error.

Steps to Replicate:
upload a pic exit the game while uploading and try to upload again.

is it an 18 pixel wide by 12 pixel high bmp?

yeah. and it still has that error.
