Downloaded and then it broke

I downloaded the Model Converter but it said a .dll file was missing. what the heck happened?! I want to mak my own models (other than buildings) but it's like it's purposely doing this cause i redownloaded it several times but it's the same thing. Help.

its the interface.dll file that is missing either run the model convertor from your game folder, or copy interface.dll from your game folder to the folder you have the model convertor in
