can i grant 'headlights' f10 to a humanoid character ?

id like to be able to have an item like a lantern / flashlight in my world cause Im going to be using the darkest nights setting.
i cant switch certain models to 'car type' cause im going to be reserving the ninja suits as my car types, so youll have to get the ninja skill (drivers skill renamed) in order to use the ninja suit. is there an in game item that acts like headlights which i can grant to a humanoid character?
