Error when assigning planet

When i try to get my planet connected to the galaxy it says Attempting to assignyour world to this planet,,, then it says Galaxy refused yor world conection.
when i try again it goes to my planet but is offline for others and still named unknown,even when i use my Infimp drive to it it says no Superior II found.
l think it has something to do with my gateways to the Andromeda,because on my Your World server,it says in file/Gateways that i dont have any connections,should i have one to Andromeda?
