emitters, and river scource. (trying to make a waterfall)

there was alot of stuff to read, but are there emitters on this game?
like i think i remember seeing a thing that makes smoke.

can i configure an emitter to shoot out blue things and set a bunch of them to go downwards alongside a hill?

and whats with the 'river scource'? i know how to delete one, how do i make one? can i make a river scource up high?!

You can have basic smoke and fire and maybe a flashing light or two, but if you're trying to make a river you're gonna have a long wait: none of that stuff is even slightly coded yet.
