Description:
I had 0 credits (I know noob

) and I did System Trade Report and it said in the chat, "You do not have enough spare credits to access the trade report". Yet I still got it. Odd...

Steps to Replicate:
Get rid of all your credits and do a trade report...

The credit limit probably wasn't added because 0.1cr is so little anyways.
