Install problems

I'm trying to install the game at school because I'd rather play it than do schoolwork... so sue me. When I download it I get the following error:

InstallConstruct - Error

The file indicated below could not be extracted. It may already be in use by the system or locked by another application. It will be skipped

C:\WINDOWS\System\bass.dll

Ummm, yea I'm trying to install to my own folder on the network on windows XP. There's a whole lot of processes running but I can't close any of em. Any help would be great.

Edit: When I click OK the whole install thing quits.

They might have permissions set up to disallow you from installing DLL files (possible on XP) or, another windows profgram may use it - so all you'd need to do is copy it into the right place
