Request^2=Request for a Request

...or more accurately a Request for a request forum....seeing how all the numerous requests that are bottling over in our player minds seem to be spilling out into the general forum...it maybe a good idea to unlock that request forum to allow them to vent into a more appropriate place...and since it doesn't actually appear as though mit is on 'holiday'...

please note excessive disclaimerage about the possibilities of actually getting feature requests done right now.. next month or two particularly is gonna be mostly work n life stuff for a while, so im probably not gonna be around here that much or have time to implement new things.
