from a players point of view
not really a normal bug you encounter
because of a change of building data some buildings where changed from 2 employees to 1 employee
building max stock is calculated as 200%
but actual max stock is 195% (5+95+95)
error messages regularly to clients who try to fill up the stock of the buildings to the max and forget to sell a few items less because of this

1 - Basic efficiency is 5%. Full staff adds 95%. The total efficiency is also affected by the buildings current damage.

is this still an issue?
I'd expect things like that to happen if you modify certain building data settings once a world has been active for a while - but i'd also expect the server to sort it self out eventually (when the building went back under limits, or when it next recalculated its efficiency etc).
If its continued long-term i could have a look at adding a command to 'reset' the buildings affected..
