Is there something special you have to do to be allowed to post in request area? It says I am not permitted.

I wanted request a feature for building editor.

Ability to move buildings up and down with out having to copy and delete them.

feature requsets are postable by all but the TDL is locked only to staff... if its still a problem let me know and i will have a closer look at your permissions
