Erasing Settings

Right now I screwed my settings file. Apparently theres no number that corresponds with .mapclear # for erasing settings. .mapclear 1-23 something,no effect.

Maybe I'm going for the far reach by requesting a command that erases everything... (basically,a nuke command)

The only way I know how to get a default settings file is to clean install, which is a pain since I like to tinker around with things (but forget the original value 30 seconds later )

Edit: Wrong forum,topic rename...

can delete the settings file and restart the world.
it'll auto create a default settings file.

Edit: Okay,Deleted the settings.dat file and ended up with a waterland. Re-loaded heightmap, still covered in water.

I think there might be something wrong with the default settings.
Under Landscape -> Landscape Scale the default appears to be 190 even though the setting description states 115.

I set it back to 115,everything works normaly.

Either deleting the settings doesn't erase all settings to default or the default setting config is messed up...

its just a combination of settings and terrain file. When you deleted the settings, it reverts back to default, but the terrain will still have whateva stuff you've set there. Delete me both and itd be ok (as it is in the fresh install)
