Im getting a new computer in about a month, and right now im using a different computer,and until then it would be nice if you freeze me on zoric.

Thanks. Anyways im thinking of getting a alienware aroura 5500 what do you guys think?

probably a waste of money. could prossably save 20-50% by just looking up all it has in it and buying the stuff from various places useing pricewatch.com or newegg.com and building it yourself, but building it better because with the money saved you could buy better stuff.

i think you mostly pay for the looks with them from all that i have seen when it comes to thier pc's and trial building them (as in not actually building them, but looking up the total costs of everything at the above mentioned sites when other people brag about thier great alienware pc).


if you want, i'll take that pc, put on the max hardware specs it lets you choose to get thier price, and then compair it to stuff from newegg or pricewatch. i'm always up for bashing ripoff pc makers.

Go for it but my firend has alienware aroura 5500 and it's really pro.

Im getting my pc in 3 weeks and then I wont have to use my friends pc anymore....

Ok instead of alienware im buying a costom made pc here are specs:
Amd athlon 64 bit
1GB of ram
200GB harddrive
256MB video card
Directx 9.0

Well I have 1500$ budget what pc should i get?
