Galaxy downtime: general notice!

Just a note to explain that I'm having some work done on the universe - er, I mean, the kitchen - and this will affect galaxy uptime over the next couple of days. We'll have to cut the power on occasion.

Will try to keep downtime to an absolute minimum. Apologies etc.

Heh. Well, we've isolated the dilithium converter: now it's on its own phase induction loop we shouldn't need to cut power to life support, shields or weapons. So everything should be ok from now on :]
