heya people help needed

hey everyone i was wondering if anyone can tel lme whats going on, i got the world builder and cant seem to do anything i load up my world and then click the world icon and connect to my world but i cant build any buildings because i cant afford a town pythin or anything else because it says please build with in the limits of the town, ca nanyone please help me out? how do i place a town ??

first, goto the instilation and open the serverconfig file and in the owner= put your in-game name. then reboot the world.

that way when you go in you'll be recognised as the owner of the world and can build stuff wherever you want. then you should be able to use the *grantcash command on yourself and give yourself enough money to build anything.

or go to *settings>economy>new building tax and change to 0 while you play around with the buildings... and change it back when ur ready to use it again
