need reference

hey mit could i borrow the setup for republic to use as reference..... need info on building zones and character level progressions.
o yea and is there a place i can change the scale of the model for the .plantforest trees? dey awfully.. short
o ya and triggers, in the bdat.... is that a functional feature, and whats it for

i'll put up the republic's .isl (and answer your other questions properly) at the weekend when im next at home on the puter.
a few bits if info for now..
I think the character level progressions for it are controlled using the skills mode setting. Check the *settings screen for info. (i think its mode 5).
Ya can scale trees using the model converter.. jsut rename them somethign unique and re-assign em in the model selector. We'll have a new bunch of extremely nice trees and vegetation coming shortly.
The 'trigger param' in buildings has different effects depending on the building type and some other settings. Full docs for that will come over the course of the next month.

No its a bit off topic but im wondering how do u make it so you cant go through buildings ?????? its a key aspect for my world so i

in world rules, collisions.
i think 6 stops it completly
i think 7 makes it so you can't go over anything taller then half a druid.
and setting player collisions to 1 will makes players collide
