CANT GET ON

Mabye someone can help, or mabye someone has already had the following problem...
I cant connect to the galaxy, The firewall isnt the problem, the isp isnt the problem, the modem isnt the problem, I have unistaled and reinstaled the universal over and over and over, I have not gotten any new software or devices that are currently or were previously afecting the universal. does anyone have other ideas? I will die and be erased in 15 days. HELP. thanks

With respect, the problem almost certainly lies with your firewall, router or isp. The galaxy's working fine.

Could you post with details of exactly what happens when you try to run the game?

Happens to me every once in awhile. If you keep trying it usually eventually gets a signal. If not it may just be depressed and need some alone time to find itself in the universe. If all else fails just show it the business end of a baseball bat and hope that works

thanks for the help evryone, but I believe the problem is that I had a corrupt installation, and then I installed the game in another part of my C drive, but I only allowed to corrupted copy of the game to access the internet. I have yet to try to fix it.
