What does a family wage grant do? What does it mean by 80%?

family wage grant is how much of the salery the government will pay for you if you employ a family member.

if you employ a family member for 10s, and wage grant is 80%, then the government would pay 8s out of the 10s for you.

out of curiosity.. is the 80% grant payed before or after the governement wage grant?

no clue.

it might not even take wage grant into account.
