Can't Build On Sabrada!

I own a single drink shop.
I attempt to build another retail building and it tells me i already have the max ammount of that type of building.

drink shop is under stores. the max number of fidderent types of buildings is 2 which means u can only own 1 house and another type of building.

max types is 2, not max total

means you can own upto 8 total house types and another type.
