I have i have tryed every where
and i dont think u can build the new types on buildings on the half build world

The only person that has an engine is Bong but I tried to build in the same area the same building and I couldn't build! I had all the matterails and money needed to build it.

town owners might have thier towns set to not allow industrial buildings.
or set to not allow guest building.
