Cannot connect to planets.

When I attempt to land on a plannet my ship goes through the cinimatic and it says its connecting. A window later comes up that says "could not connect to this world- The server did not respont to join messages. Do you know what could help this?

this happenin on all worlds? are you getting a ping from the planet before u land? (i.e does it display the number of players and a message below the planet name in space?)

Yes I changed some graphics quality options I read the post about building shadows andI am currently on biplane. so hopefully this works for everything. thanks for your help.
