cannot connect to andromeda

er well i d/l made the account and when i try to connect to andromeda it says

could not connect to galaxy - no response
either galaxy is not currently online or the internet
connection is not available. check your connection

er i allowed universal access to internet via Norton i even turned the firewall off and even restarted my computer but it dont seem to work

me too is doing that ... is surely because the server is down me i research other server ...
