Is it possible to delay the reset until June? When all exams have finished, as there are a lot of players who are at the age when these things happen.
it'll have to happen a lil sooner than that (as i need to start testing and tweaking the new systems) but it likely won't be till about june before the full trading, combat and other new space stuff will be playable, so you won't miss anything major.
While im here.. a lil note on the 'galactic prestige' mentioned on the front page...
Your galactic prestige will drop by 1 point every 72 hours unless you've made an exchange within that time frame. (i.e. to keep your prestige high, you'll need to pop on at least once every 3 days and do an exchange somewhere).
Dont worry if thats not possible for you... as mentioned on the news page, gal prestige won't mean much at first, and is mostly a status symbol for those of you who play regularly. (Whoever's got the most prestige will be known as the 'President of the Galaxy' on the webpage, and may be entitled to a few lil (superficial :] ) extras)
Later on, prestige will be used for other things.. i'll likely extend the prestige decay rate if it becomes important and the 3 day limit is too much for ppl.
