i think only mit can set it up.

as for the rate, i believe thats upto the world owners as long as mit is ok with it.

thats goin through a few changes atm.. next vers won't have exchanges for gal credits anymore, instead there'll be a new system for exchanging to 'galactic prestige'.... this is to separate world gains from the credits thatll come from the gal trading system, which makes things simpler for balancing and dealing with the gal trading. The 'gal prestige' (GPR) wont be used for much initially, other than as an arbitrary scoring mechanism.. later on thatll be used to open up features specifically for players who've succeeded on a number of worlds.

(p.s. Swabs, sorry for not gettin a client up yet.. the wip changes for the above (and the rendering problems i mentioned t'other night) are why its still not there yet. Almost definitely definitely possibly will be done this weekend, promise :] )
