Can't Activate Original Char! Help!

well i guess the subject says it all...
got my PC formatted and now i cnt activate my char
i'd need an admins help on this ( or some1 who can access people's accounts to retrive information ) if possible cos i cnt remember my passwords an' stuff clearly.
Would need this info sent to my home-mail ( info in forum profile ) for i think the most OBVIOUS reasons of all...

Char name - CaveDog

i only got a few days supply on Planitia so plz help quick

owners can't retrieve passwords.
your characters poassword could be reset though, then whatever you choose would become the new password.

Edit: forget the reset...what Hardware Restoration tool did you use zar?
it would make the whole thing easier for all of us lol.

Cavedog:

- your gal char has been wiped: post again when you've set up a new one and I'll replace your infimp.
- this shouldn't affect your world characters
- when you set up a new character, write the fickin password down somewhere safe. Like on your leg or something. Don't forget it again :)

Well...this gal wipe didnt seem to help...i made the new gal char...but i still cant access the planet characters...it says wrong password OR the character name (CaveDog) may be already in use by someone other.

Idea...
1 - Collection the ownings of each my chars ( with approximate intrest payments and wages accounted into it ) in a TXT file or sumthing* that is still being worked on whilst you are reading this message...
Meanwhile; you delete all my characters ( BiplaneWorld, Sabrada, Planitia, Gyruss, Reina Roja )
2 - Recreation of my characters with the ownings listed in the notes
3 - Keeping fingers crossed hopeing this works lol

*ok...so i dont know how to send the data from the txt-s to you folks...any ideas?
