hi i cant connect and im getting comfused here with all the ppl having the same prob and no fix!!...hehe little tired too! but anyway can u guy's just delete my accounts?! "(_Lord_O_DimmU_)" and "Olaff" ....i get "connection refused - wrong password for this account" !!!?:S and ime SHUURE its not wrong password!!
and when i try to stop it and then "attemp to connect" or whatever! it just say "establishing connection" and then connection failed !!!:S

Seems somethings really effed' up with the galaxy servers or somethings.

i just downloaded the new version of the universal, but i forgot the name of my old char, now i can't connect, is there ayway to delete any information on my old char off of my compy?
If you're using the same computer as before, but have forgotten the username you used - enter a new username with the same password and the galaxy server *should* automatically update your record with the new name.
If you've forgotten your username and your password, [but of course, you wont have done that coz the login screen clearly tells you to choose 'an easy to remember' one
] we'll need to manually wipe your character. Please post the username(s) you've tried and one of the gal staff will do it within the next 1-48 hours..
