World Owning costs?

After seeing what zaoba said, I am guessing that I will have to pay to renew a world, even though only a few people complained, if it is actually having to pay to renew, please tell me. Mit gave me a reply of nuffink, but I dunno if he's playing or not.

I emailed Mit before, but I never got a reply, Mit, email me back, or answer here please.
