Connection Problems

Hi. I'm new here. Whenever I try to connect it won't connect. I noticed that other people were having this problem. I only have one account. I was wondering, what port does this game use? The internet I use has a lot of ports blocked, so I was thinking that It might be that.

im seeming to have the same problems, although not all of the time, and launch mode wont work - yes i have installed latest patch, i have also tried reinstalling everything but launch mode doesnt work and more than half of the time i cannot connect - even to biplaneworld.

if u r using quick play the launch function won't work, also biplaneworld seems to be down right now.

not using quickplay - nothing will load on the quickplay menu anyway. How form the main menu do i connect to other worlds? Other than continue game and last world - which are either both down or both screwed up?

maybe the galaxy is down....
