what can i do? does anyone else have the same problem?

i can log on to the galaxy fine, but when i try and get onto a planet eg Sabrada it will come up with "Getting Building Info","Getting Settings" but when it gets to "Establishing Connection" it just freezes. i was orignially 02jonest profile on my 98 but now i am running on xp. does me running on another computer on the same network have anything to do with the problem?

try clicking Cancel, and when it pops up the serverlist, select Andromeda and click connect.
usually solves it for pc changes.

Are you trying to run 2 copies of the game on both PCs at the same time? That would likely cause problems and is not recommended.

i have uninstalled it off my old pc but it still cant load onto the planets, even when thyre up
