loading galaxy (ADMINS PLEASE READ AND FIX)

Hello fello A-tractor players! recently, I couldnt log into any galaxys, it says my connection was refused, I have no internet problems. Does anyone else have this problem and does anyone know how I could fix it?

edit: ok I realised what the problem was, so admins, delete my old account, I thnk it was nickname: mafiahitman4

I probably wouldnt have started a new one if I rembered it! (been like 2 years since I last played)
