can't seem to get back to gyruss....
Hi,
Was just playing on Gyruss and used the .explodeme command and respawned, but then suddenly I was at the main menu, and when I clicked continue game I was in space. Then when I tried to go to "last world" it said connecting to reina roja, followed by enter password... I can now no longer see Gyruss on the galactic map, what's hapenned and how do I get back to Gyruss???

Might be a problem with how Gyruss changed systems. If you havn't redeemed/spent credits on anything, you can use !resetme while in space to move between the systems without using Iridium. If you have gained credits, you'll need to considder if it's worth it to try and get to 14 credits in your current system, or reset and lose those credits. One should note that when you do reset it also resets what worlds claim you have exchanged, so you can always get those credits back. It also resets your space inventory, so if you have an infimp drive, it's better to use that, After you reset you'll have the normal stardrive and 6 Iridium. You can reset as many times as you want.
It's really not hard to understand once you have a firm grasp of basic astral physics... However in order to properly explain it to anyone I'd need 4 pigs, a mule, a peanut butter and jelly sandwitch, about 60 grams of platinum, a beartrap, and a sharpened #2 pencil. Of course it would take 4 years (26280 hours, 16 hours a day, no break) to do it, with the going rate of $12.45 an hour, that's roughly $300,000 plus materials and travel fees, I'm not running a charity afterall. Maybe it's better to simply accept that it has changed systems, and leave it at that, for both our sakes.
it was probably moved to tau because mit wants to keep simple worlds in cirrus minor. if thiers good playable worlds in cirrus, then new players wont be as encouraged to buy an inf imp and explore the galaxy. if thiers no real in-depth worlds in cirrus, then a player will probably more likely get the inf imp or star drive to see whats in the other systems. also, if thiers simple worlds in cirrus, then a new player will be able to play them easier and get the hang of the game faster then if they were thrust into a complex economy where they might end up starving to death before learning the game unless somebody is thier to teach and guide them along.
although...i can't really imagine trying to train a new player in roja
