cant connect, can i just start again?

please could i have my character (sjstor) completely deleted as i cannot connect to the galaxy at all (it keeps saying connection refused , ect ect) if you can think of anything to help me i would be thankful

i think i have but only because the other one stopped workin i think its called spike174 if it is can u delete that one 2 ?
