Cant get it to work

I just installed the game and created a character name, user name and password. I can fly through space all day but i cant land on a planet. it says there is already a user with that name or my password is wrong. please delete my account so i can start over.

while in space, hit F1, goto the file menu, goto Change Nickname, and choose a different character name, it might work fine then.
the one your usieng must already be used on the planets.

i failed to wait for a response and reinstalled the game. i created a new account. when i run the game i get a connection refused. i try to load andromeda and get a connection failed. sorry ill be more patient this time. thx

well, now the problem is probably because your other account still exists.
galaxy thinks your trying to make multies and cheat, so it locked you out. no biggie, just need a gal god to delete the old one.

i just cant connect everything is ok. i havent created multible caracters it says the world im trying to connect to is called adromeda do i need a different client?? please help i realllyy wanna play

Andromeda is the name of the galaxy: as long as you're running the latest client (1.36a at the moment) it oughta be fine.

Having said that the galaxy just crashed briefly - try again now.
