its a world owner setting depends on how lenient the world owner is on this issue although it can be quite crucial for some team based games

all cash gives are logged.
i have banned many people in the past for doing that. its really easy to catch.

What if a family member needs some cash? What then? That form of cheating has long been discovered and I havent done it since i was a noob. If the friends do it then they don't get reset that game. Plain and simple. It has been very annoying not being able to help my family members directly, EVERY SINGLE PLANET I'VE BEEN TO DISALLOWS IT.. It's annoying, please reenable both hitching rides, and Give cash.
(Both take a part of family play out of the game)

most of the planets do allow it ark. you just need to have 16 hours of usage first.
this stops the main cash giving problem of new players logging in and giving thier cash away then never returning.
