When you win ( or loose ) a race

Can anyone tell me where is the music when you win or loose a race from???
sorry for posting here but I tried everything else.

if you installed the game to the default location, its:
c:\program files\Universal\Clients\Data\Sounds\victory.wav

The origional song is Unbelieveable by EMF (i think)
