Planitia V1 the final reset

Friday Nov 26, before noon cst Planitia will be reset and a few more changes made
this will be the last reset for this version. if things still dont go well it'll be scraped and version 2 made

sorry buy things beyond my control delayed my hopeful timeframe Planitia will be running within 1 hour of this post its ready atm but time isnt running
