i think he means that the server was public for awhile when it was being tested and now it's not.

the part i'm confused by is what a moo3 is, and why you would want to be one.

i'm guessing moo3 is doom 3 - I couldn't beat the game on easy, even with my extremely noice PC (I thought I'd slip that in) , because I'd get too scared playing it.

I know what you mean though Ark, I very much doubt I'll ever get a battleship on EVE - but if I did, you can be assured I'll lose it

Umm, unless it's a typo, MOO3 is Masters of Orion 3. I've often seen and heard it referred to as MOO3 (looks at the shelf of games containing it...).
