ATTENTION HUMONS

yes, tis true. The votes are in, and Speedy of NR has become the new president of the galaxy. This marks a second victory for the administration of NR and all it has contributed to the galaxy. Indeed the people of our galaxy were pleased with the work of Xyience of NR and, as a result, chose wisely to appoint one of the greatest contributors of the galactic empire of NR, Speedy, to become the next president of the galaxy.

And already, The Great Stimutacs himself has awarded the nobel peace prize to Speedy of NR, for being a peace loving spokesperson of the NR, the greatest faction in all the space. Ever have we stood for all that is good and righteous in the galaxy, and will further promote peace unto all planets by waging pre-emptive wars to ensure the safety of the future generations of our galaxy, and the planets within.

All hale The Great one, the legendary Stimutacs, whos spirit has been trapped in the nether-regions of each of our souls. And we patiently await his triumphant return to the galaxy to further help enrich the soils of the planets which are dry. To valiantly decimate the hulls of all the wicked, for the purpose of good... so that all may enjoy peace through the unforgiving titanium fist of NR.

Ah yes. i see old players are shifting their attention towards war. I apologize for not being able to be here as much as i should be. for whats its worth my time schedule will be hectic for a while. you can find me in space during the midnight hour eastern time zone. whatever that means to you.

mmm yes. like galactic tortoises, each coming new galactic spring, the officers of the NR will return to the place where laser first sliced through foe... the galaxy, for the ceremonial rain of blood.

Rumors have spread that the great one himself has broken free of his imprisonment in the unseen dimensions... and is back in the galaxy and even bringing Xebec back into fruition.

but know this...
the NR will rise again. like a slumbering dragon, or bear, the NR will arise from its crystalline chamber to emerge as the forseen unholy force which will enslave the people of the galaxy in its loving protection. What popcorn, the only form of attack that can be used at the moment is verbal and that gets no one anywhere. Lets be honest TU space combat is at an all time low, it doesnt exist simple as.

This just in:
Lord Stimutacs IS alive and has been spotted on the planet of earth.
Scources tell NR informants that he has been longing to return to the galaxy. Currently, He has been studying earth, and also everything that exists in this multiverse, and is planning on using this compiled data to create 5 or more incredible planets, unlike the likes of any that has ever been landed upon in this galaxy.

However the journey is a long one for he. But the great one is as rescourceful as he is all knowing, and you had better bet your bottom dollar that he will return... eventually. hopefully sooner rather than later.
