no connection

only planet i can play on is gyruss, for all others i get no connection indication. pls help

jem's having trouble with getting sabrada and planitia to be connectable from the galaxy.

zorics down because i'm trying to extract info off some old hard drives (don't worry, its stuff that has to do with the game, so its worth it ). I could run the island now, but the comp is VERY slow due to the extracting process and due to haveing a faulty hard drive in it. took me atleast 5 mins to open up internet explorer, get to this site, and start posting this message. The comp also has to be shut down so i can take out an old drive and pop in a different one to search threw, and then sometimes reboot a 2nd time so that windows has any needed stuff installed.
the island would have to close for 5-10 mins at a time, 3-5 times for the pc to reboot, and probably have astronomical pings and be too laggy to play on

but, i'm not only extracting game stuff. zoric will probably be back up in 30 mins or so when i pop back in the cd-rom to burn some extracted stuff to cd so i'll have space for stuff on a different hard drive

i was almost tempted to mention the simpsons here, but comparing gyruss to the simpsons just seemed more than a bit penny wise and pound foolish. it's more like matlock.

some people haven't been able to connect lately for some reason.
