plastic

Im planing to build a building to make plastic but i dont know what building to make. Im planing to make it on gyruss. Also do i need lvl 3 building industrial, all the lvl3 buildings are darkned like yr not alowed to build them so ill like to know if it means any thing.

darkened buildings generally means you don't have the money to build the building (if they use money, or money and materials)
don't know if this also pertains to islands that are set to use skill leveling (never noticed on zoric) or if the buildings use materials only.

recycling center makes plastic on Gyrus
build a lvl 1 industrial to get lvl2
build lvl2 to get lvl3

oil refinery has been proven to make plastic.
all i know i kept asking the same question.

it changed on me overnight, so now i guess oil refinery makes plastic
