I caught a fish today, it was [ t h i i i s b i g ]. Imagine my delight as i felt that first nibble on the line, it put up a great fight but in the end i netted the fish and began to wonder what kind of culinary delight i might conjer up for my dinner that evening. I then checked my inventory for a better look at this fine specimen i had snagged for my supper when a gasp of surprise escaped my lips, for my inventory contained no fish. Where could my catch have gone? To the frikkin' moon???????
once, many years ago when all this was just but a speck in yer muther's eye, i be out, battlin' typhoons in the high seas of adventure, smoking my carabash pipe and combing my curly white moustache, and i have come across the problem ye describin'.
it was a dark and stormy night. and oh but was she a clever lass; twistin and fightin me at every turn but ohhhh i got 'er i did,i got 'er and i roped her right in the gulliver and reeled her in on my squeeky ol' rig.
the crewman those days were all a rough lot, with eyepatches for their eyepatches and peg legs made of other men's legs; and don't you know it but they ate her down in the bowels of the old iron ship; cookin my prize over the boiler and don't you know what they did but eat the whole beauty bones an' all.
the very next mornin, a red skied one at that, i relogged that ol' ship again and again i did, but never was the fish to be found except in the buckets the crew done spat their guts up into -- for the magic fish, she be poisonous she do.
let it be a lesson to ye boye; yive dodged a bullet ya have. and an angry one at that.

Thank you. It can't have been easy to relive such an emotional experience.
So there it is. More evidence of piscal vanishings with a supernatural explanation not fully ruled out at this early stage. Is anyone on the staff looking into these strange occurances? There would seem to be forces at work here beyond anything current science can explain.
